Six by Nico - The Best of Six: 10 Course Experience
Overview
Six by Nico's concept is usually a Six course tasting menu that changes every six weeks and we haven't been disappointed by their offerings yet! However today is a little bit different as we will be tasting a once in a decade 10 Iconic courses to kick off the start of 10 years of Nico.
- Course 1 - New York: NY Slice Pepperoni Ragu, Parmesan Espuma, Panzarella
- Course 2 - SPACE: Cosmic Oyster Crisp Shell, Smoked Salmon, Oyster Emulsion, Apple
- Course 3 - Mad Hatter's Tea Party: Off With His Head Crisp Pig Head, Fennel, Lovage, Apple & Mustard Mousseline
- Course 4 - Sicily: Sicily Special Pici Pasta, Hazelnut Ragu, Egg Yolk Jam
- Course 5 - Sunday Roast: Ultimate Potatoes Lyonnaise Potato Terrine, Smoked Bacon Jam, Chive Emulsion, Whipped Crème Fraiche
- Course 6 - Tokyo: Okonomiyaki Kimchi Pancake, Okonomi Sauce, Japanese Mayo
- Course 7 - Chippie: Fish Supper Black Pollock, Beer Scraps, Taramasalata, Pickled Fennel
- Course 8 - Thai Street Food: Penang Chicken Penang Chicken, Peanut and Papaya Salad, Coriander Emulsion
- Course 9 - Chippie: Deep Fried Mars Bars Chocolate Creme, Mars Bar, Irn Bru Espuma
- Course 10 - Catalonia: Crema Catalana Burnt Vanilla Creme, Poached Prune, Honey, Fennel Seeds

Six by Nico Manchester is situated in Spring Gardens in Manchester Town Centre.
It is a 6 minute walk from the St. Peter's Square Metrolink Station and a 12 minute walk (0.6 Miles) from both Victoria and Piccadilly Stations.
Please Note: Six by Nico have another venue in Manchester on John Dalton Street/Deansgate - please be sure not to go to this one, we are at the original Six by Nico at Spring Gardens
