Meet & Eat at Sister Moon
Overview
Join us for our first visit to Sister Moon a vibrant, live-fire Southeast Asian barbecue rooftop restaurant located on the 14th floor of the Treehouse Hotel Manchester on Blackfriars Street.
Opened in September 2026, the restaurant is led by acclaimed chef Sam Grainger in collaboration with Manchester cultural and DJ icons Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford. The venue offers panoramic, floor to ceiling views of the Manchester skyline, complemented by trailing greenery, flickering lanterns, and an energetic, music forward atmosphere curated by its DJ co founders.
The menu focuses entirely on bold, fragrant sharing dishes cooked over fire using home made pastes and fresh ingredients. You can expect fiery dishes like red prawn toast with red curry bisque, Singapore chilli crab, BBQ octopus with massaman curry, and a slow-cooked lamb jungle curry.
