Join us for an informative and fun guided walk along and around the Quays in Salford.
The Unlocking the Quays guided walk is a healthy, inspirational and entertaining way to learn all about the UK’s largest urban regeneration area. An area steeped in historical significance yet leading the way in sustainability, art and technology.
From the rich history of the mighty Manchester Ship Canal to the revolutionary Media City development there are so many hidden gems along the way as we relive history and look to the future as we guide you around the local landmarks on our 5km circuit.
The local guides are dedicated to making your visit an unforgettable experience as they share their vast knowledge and worst jokes with everyone!
Important: Our host will meet you there with the tickets at 10.25pm, please be on time - the tour departs at 10.30pm prompt and it won't wait for later-comers so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get there and meet up with our host.

To get to our meeting point, underneath the big screen in Media City Piazza Salford Quays: the Media City Metrolink Station is the closest Tram stop however please check local transport for the weekend as there is engineering work taking place on some of the Metrolink Lines & Railways.
