Meet & Eat at Fenix Manchester

Fenix Manchester is a high-end, immersive modern Greek-Mediterranean restaurant located in The Goods Yard Building. Launched in late 2023 by Permanently Unique, the team behind the popular Tattu brand it is designed to bring the luxury lifestyle and upscale culinary refinement of the Greek islands to the UK.

The restaurant features a dramatic design concept inspired by the mythical firebird (phoenix), transforming the space through distinct themes and sensory lighting. The upstairs floor opens into a bright, glamorous, and light-filled dining space finished in a warm palette of terracotta, cream, polished wood, and stone. An innovative lighting cycle subtly shifts over the hours to mimic the changing Mediterranean sun, transitioning the ambiance from day to night.

Fenix focuses on live charcoal flame and robata grill cooking to highlight traditional Greek flavours through contemporary presentation. The menu includes modern interpretations of classics like moussaka and souvlaki, alongside shareable options like a whole leg of lamb, stuffed sea bass, fresh pitas with roasted red pepper dip, and premium meats cooked over the open grill. Dining options span a la carte selections and multi-course set menus.

This is a Meet & Eat meal, you choose your food and drinks on the night and pay for these along with the service charge, less the £20 deposit/no show fee paid to Spice.
