Meet at North Pier in Bridlington, the boat sails from further up the pier. YO15 2NS should bring you to Harbour Road and you should be able to find your way from there.
There is car parking nearby however, these do get full very quickly. If you arrive early enough, the details for them are here (if you use postcode YO15 2NS it will search for the closest ones to the Harbour).
An alternative option is Bridlington Park and Ride where there is lots of space with regular buses to take you to and from the Harbour Top.
