Chinese New Year Banquet & Entertainment
Overview
After brilliant feedback from previous visits, here is another chance to enjoy bringing in the Chinese New Year at one of our favourite restaurants. This time we are celebrating the year of the Horse!
This one isn’t exclusive to Spice, but we have held a table just for Spice.
There will also be a live singer known as Dave Devereux - the crooner. We can expect a great lively atmosphere with songs from the legends of The Rat Pack, Frank Sinatra, Neil Diamond, Elvis Presley to name but a few.
As part of Chinese New Year tradition, we can delight in their Unicorn Dance. This is often called the dragon or the lion dance and is sure to be a fun part of the evening. The unicorn symbolizes good luck and prosperity, perfect for the New Year.
We will arrive at 7.30pm and food will be served from 8pm, with the evening expected to finish by midnight. A prize raffle will also take place during the evening. We know this restaurant well, so we can expect great food and the perfect atmosphere to enjoy all the festivities of a proper Chinese New Year celebration.
