This weekend promises to be one to remember, from the Comedy Magic Show at Smoke and Mirrors to the Panto on Sunday, with a Festive afternoon tea and a Christmas Party night in between!
This venue is very central, and we have attended a joiner party here before. It is a joiner party, but we will have our own reserved table. If you'd prefer just to attend the party (option of 1 nights accommodation) check out the South West Christmas Party event.

Smoke & Mirrors are famous for their Comedy & Magic Shows, set in an intimate 38 seater theatre so you don't miss a trick or a joke! We will have reserved tables and a 9" Pizza and 2 drinks each to enjoy during the 85 minute show.

One of the largest theatre stages in Britain, The Bristol Hippodrome has established itself on the touring circuit for all major musical productions, thus becoming known as Bristol’s West End Theatre. The Panto this year is Jack & The Beanstalk starring Will Young. We have reserved good seats in row G of the Grand Circle. Will Young will make his pantomime debut as Spirit of the Beans in Jack and the Beanstalk. Joining Will is multi award-winning TV and theatre star Charlie Brooks playing the Giant’s wife Mrs Blunderbore, children’s TV favourites Richard Cadell playing Silly Billy (of course, accompanied by Sooty), Bristol panto legend Andy Ford as Farmer Trot, faaaabulous cabaret star Ceri Dupree joining the cast as Jack’s mum, Mrs Trot and musical theatre performer Ashlyn Weekes as Princess Jill. Just four weeks only.

Just 400m from Bristol Temple Meads station, the hotel is easily-accessible for guests visiting the city. Popular attractions such as We The Curious and the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge are within close proximity too. We are walking distance from the other venues we are vsiting over the weekend.
If you're looking for retail therapy, we're close to all the main shopping areas of Bristol, and you'll also find museums and other attractions nearby.

Saturday
After breakfast, visit Christmas Markets (or other attractions if you wish)
2pm Festive Afternoon Tea at The Bristol Hotel a short walk from the hotel
6.30pm Pre-party drinks
7pm-1am Christmas Party, dinner & dancing
Sunday
After a leisurely breakfast check out is 11am
1pm Jack & The Beanstalk at The Hippodrome before heading home, again the theatre is a short walk from the hotel.

Travel & Stay
We will be attending the joiner party in the beautiful Bristow Ballroom. Bedrooms include Complimentary WiFi, 42-inch HDTV, air conditioning, elegant bathroom, which boasts a walk-in rain shower and a range of pampering bath products. The comfortable beds will aid a restful night's sleep with luxurious pillows and duvet.
All rooms are non smoking with digital keys. There is a gym on the site if you are feeling energetic, and breakfast is served in the delightful Kiln Restaurant. The Temple bar and lounge is open from 11am - 9.30pm each day offering a wide selection of dishes. These range from salads and sandwiches to hot dishes and desserts.
Just 400m from Bristol Temple Meads station, which has great links to Reading, London and lots of other places. Parking is available, there is a private hotel car park, ( I will check if charges apply)
