This family run, French inspired Bistro's ethos is that fine dining needn't be fussy and we have been impressed on our previous visits. With great reviews, recommendations from friends and their accolade of being featured in the good food guide, you are in for a treat. We love our visits to Streford Canteen and they now offer a Prix Fixe Menu which offers great value - you can book for 2 or 3 courses and choose your food on the night. The photo is of the current Prix Fixe Menu at the time of putting our event live, however they do change the menu regularly with dishes for everyone.

Stretford Canteen are located on the front of Stretford Mall next to Pure Gym on the main Chester Road.
The nearest Metrolink station is Stretford which is a 0.2 mile (4 minute) walk away.
The 263 bus that runs from Altrincham into Manchester City centre bus stop (Stretford Arndale stop M) is a 0.1 mile (2 minute) walk away.
If driving there is limited parking in the layby outside the restaurant on the main A56 Manchester bound carriageway. There is also some parking on the right on the Altrincham bound carriageway on Lacy Street outside Atlas Bathrooms and Heating.
