Sheila's Mental Health Show - 10th Anniversary!
Overview
Do you remember former Spice member Sheila McMahon?
Well if you have met her, you'll certainly remember her! Sheila is a larger than life character with a gorgeous Irish accent and she is also extremely funny!
Sheila was a very active member of the group for over a decade and even supplied some events to us, such as 'Keep Calm & Carry On with Sheila' and the 'Irish Comedy, Music & Craic with Sheila'.
Sheila is still a hilarious comedienne, and is now also a Registered Mental Health Counsellor too.
It’s been 10 years since Sheila McMahon, a Registered Mental Health Counsellor and Author, performed her first Mental Health Show.
This Tenth Anniversary show will be a combination of highlights from her previous shows. It will also have a special focus on generational behaviour, where she will be sharing her family therapy skills to improve communication and understanding. She will be explaining the love languages and how seeing things from different perspectives can create more meaningful relationships.
Get ready for another thought provoking, educational, and transformative show with a mix of music, humour and fun.
