The First Experience of a New Era: SPACE

SPACE is a six-course journey into the unknown, a multi-sensory dining experience where nothing is quite what it seems. From the stillness of the moon to the chaos of a black hole, every moment is built to surprise, provoke and pull you deeper in.

Sound, heat, aroma, texture, illusion - this is flavour without rules. Where molecular technique meets immersive storytelling and the line between theatre and food disappears.

Expect distortion. Expect spectacle. Expect something you’ve never tasted before. This is a new era where gravity is optional, time bends, and dining becomes something else entirely.

Wine Matching: They do a wine matching that you can order directly on the day should you wish which is currently priced at £30 but please remember the 12.5% service charge needs to be applied to that.
