Overview
Six by Nico's concept is a Six course tasting menu that changes every six weeks and we haven't been disappointed by their offerings yet!
We know this venue is appearing a little more frequently in our program recently, but they keep luring is in with their 'First Access' offerings sent out to their regular customers!
We are partaking in their New Era: SPACE and this time for First Access we get a hidden element and a welcome glass of bubbly.
SPACE is a six-course journey into the unknown, a multi-sensory dining experience where nothing is quite what it seems. From the stillness of the moon to the chaos of a black hole, every moment is built to surprise, provoke and pull you deeper in. Sound, heat, aroma, texture, illusion - this is flavour without rules. Where molecular technique meets immersive storytelling and the line between theatre and food disappears. Expect distortion. Expect spectacle. Expect something you’ve never tasted before. This is a new era where gravity is optional, time bends, and dining becomes something else entirely.
- Course 1: Zero Gravity Oyster - Smoked Salmon, Granny Smith Apple, Kohlrabi, Oyster Emulsion
- Course 2: Last Harvest - Clay Baked Potato, 63°C Egg, Roast Chicken Crumb, Cacio e Pepe Espuma
- Course 3: Biopack 3-06 - Smoked Ham Hough & Chicken Terrine - 12 x Garnishes
- Course 4: Black Hole - Fregola Sarda, Cuttlefish, Burnt Lemon, Bisque, Pork Fat Crumb
- Course 5: Solar Flare - Flat Iron, Ox Parcel, Saffron & Orange, Black Garlic, Squash
- Course 6: Goodbye Earth - Baked Vanilla Custard - Orange Marmalade - Grand Marnier

Six by Nico Manchester is situated in Spring Gardens in Manchester Town Centre.
It is a 6 minute walk from the St. Peter's Square Metrolink Station and a 12 minute walk (0.6 Miles) from both Victoria and Piccadilly Stations.
Please Note: Six by Nico have another venue in Manchester on John Dalton Street/Deansgate - please be sure not to go to this one, we are at the original Six by Nico at Spring Gardens
