Meet and Eat L'Aquila Italian Restaurant, Prestwich
Overview
When we were looking for a highly rated restaurant to try out in Prestwich we found L'Aquila so we tried them out in the summer - they have a 4.9 rating on google from a huge 1150 reviewers and with 'food amazing', 'excellent service', 'value for money' and 'good sized portions' it had a lot to live up to, however we were impressed, so we are going back!
L’Aquila is a small restaurant focused on core values such as quality, taste and sustainability, their mission is to bring delicious recipes to life using seasonal and quality ingredients sourced from small, artisan producers as much as possible.
Today's meal is a meet and eat which means you pay for all food & drink ordered on the day plus the service charge on top (less the £10 paid to Spice at the time of booking) and we provide a friendly, welcoming host at our pre-booked table.

Public Transport: The nearest Metrolink Station is Heaton Park from which it is a 5 minute (0.2 mile) walk to the restaurant
Driving: at junction 17 take the A56 exit to Whitefield/Prestwich the take Bury New Road towards Bury and very shortly turn right onto Clyde Avenue, Clyde Avenue turns left and becomes Hardman Road. At the junction turn right onto the A665 Bury Old Road - continue for 1.1 miles and the restaurant is on the right - there is a layby in front of the restaurant where you should find some on road parking.
