Leeds PALS Memorial Walking Trail
Overview
During the First World War, Leeds sent 80,000 of its young men to fight on the front line. Over 10,000 would never return.
To help understand the city's contribution, this trail takes us in the footsteps of the 15th Battalion of the West Yorkshire Regiment, better known as the Leeds Pals.
Today marks 100 years since the end of the Great War and in memory of these men we will follow the walking trail.
All takings from this event will be donated to the poppy fund.
