Afternoon Tea on The Bridgewater Canal
Overview
Join us for afternoon tea as we enjoy a relaxing cruise along the historic Bridgewater Canal taking in the sights.
With everything made from scratch in the galley on board, we are sure you will not be disappointed.
Afternoon Tea consists of:
A selection of freshly made sandwiches
A cup of chefs homemade soup
Homemade Scones served with Jam and Clotted Cream
A selection of homemade cakes and pastries
All served on a traditional tiered tea stand with tea or filter coffee.
The supplier can cater for special dietary requirements such as vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free and vegan however they are not able to change any products down to personal preference. We must be made aware of any special dietary requirements upon booking, However we can not guarantee any of our products are totally free from allergens.

- There is a licensed bar on-board.
- There is a toilet onboard
- The boat is fully central heated
- Unfortunately due to the design of the vessel there is no disabled access onboard. To access the boat there is one step on and four steep steps down. There is a banister to hold onto.
- This is a no smoking vessel (inc the use of e cigarettes)
- The supplier reserves the right to vary the route of the trip for any reason or at the discretion of the skipper, who shall be in full charge of the vessel.
- Car parking at the point of embarkment is at the owners own risk, must not cause obstruction to local properties and is not the responsibility of Bridgewater Marina.
- Regrettably the suppllier cannot guarantee that any of their dishes are completely free from traces of nuts.

Please arrive between 15 and 30 minutes before the departure time for boarding, if everybody is onboard the boat will depart earlier
Parking:
There is some free parking inside and outside the marina and the surrounding area.
If you fancy a drink beforehand there is a large car park situated at the Moorings public house near the marina (3 minute walk). Please note you need to go into the pub and input your car registration into one of the tablets located on the bar to be able to park there for free. Alternatively there is an option to pay and display in their car park (Address for the Moorings pub: 2 Quayside Close, Boothstown, Worsley, Manchester M28 1YB) Opens from 11am
