Overview
Come and join us for our monthly dinner shuffle where you will have a chance to mix and mingle with other Spicers whilst enjoying a 3 course meal.
We change seats between each course so that you can get to meet more people across the evening.

STARTERS
Cajun Spiced Sweet Potato – roasted Cajun spiced sweet potato with pickled onions, plant based garlic labneh and nacho crumb (GF, VE available)
Mac & Cheese Croquettes – crispy mac & cheese croquettes
Crispy Chicken Bao – soft Bao Bun with sliced harissa chicken, sriracha mayonnaise, red jalapenos and spring onion
Duck Spring Rolls – two Peking duck spring rolls with a hoisin dip sauce (DF)
Bravas Potato – roasted and crushed baby potatoes with tomato sauce, spring onions, pumpkin seeds and red jalapenos (GF, VE available)
Halloumi Fries – halloumi cheese sticks
MAINS
Pulled Beef Brisket Hash – slow braised beef brisket, crushed potatoes, fried onion, red jalapenos with fried egg and grilled pugliese bread (DF, GF available)
Crispy Chicken Pasta - linguine pasta tossed in a cheese sauce, broccoli, grated mature Cheddar and crispy chicken
Broccoli Pasta - linguine pasta tossed in a cheese sauce with broccoli and grated mature Cheddar (V)
Naanza – inspired pizza: minced chicken keema on toasted naan bread with mature Cheddar cheese topped with a fried egg, pickled onion, pomegranate and fried onions (GF available)
Pulled BBQ Beef Brisket Burger with cheese, baby gem lettuce, tomato salsa, fried onions on a toasted brioche burger bun and chips
Crispy Chicken Burger with cheese and peri peri mango sauce, baby gem lettuce, tomato salsa, fried onions on a toasted brioche burger bun and chips
Grilled Halloumi Burger with peri peri mango sauce, baby gem lettuce, tomato salsa, fried onions on a toasted brioche burger bun and chips (V)
Courgette and Tomato Pasta – linguine pasta tossed in slow cooked Romana tomato sauce and jalapenos (VE)
DESSERTS
Sticky Toffee Pudding – a sticky sponge with dates and nuts topped with toffee flavoured sauce and vanilla ice cream (GF available)
Cheesecake topped with cream and toffee sauce
Chocolate Profiteroles – cream filled profiteroles covered in milk chocolate
Chocolate Orange Brownie – chocolate and orange brownie with a dark chocolate topping finished with candied orange peel with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce (GF, VE available)
7.15pm in the bar for table at 7.30pm.
Fleur restaurant is located inside The Light at the back of the Radisson Hotel and almost opposite the escalator to the top floor if you come in through the entrance on The Headrow near Miller and Carter. The nearest car park is the multi storey in The Light but it is expensive..
