Hogmanay is technically just one day but the Hogmanay celebration in Edinburgh lasts for about 3 days. We will be there to experience them all!

Hogmanay is the Scottish word for the last day of the year or New Year’s Eve and is generally regarded as the most important Scottish holiday. Edinburgh’s Hogmanay Festival dates back to 1993 and has evolved to become one of the greatest outdoor celebrations of New Year’s Eve in the world.

Breakfast, Old Town Urban Walk, Museum of Childhood, Celia's Hall and Edinburgh's Christmas Markets, Howies Celebration Hogmanay Dinner and Concert in the Gardens enclosure party - The Concert in the Gardens welcomes party-people from around the globe to dance their way into 2025 at the world-famous music and firework spectacular. Texas are headlining this event.

Conveniently located in the heart if the city, a 10 minute walk from Waverley train station, our hotel is just off the Royal Mile, making it the ideal place to experience Edinburgh. Recently refurbished the venue offers comfortable accommodation during your stay. This is all about location folks, we access everything a short distance away.
Rooms - Every room has a comfy bed, complete with a cosy duvet and plump pillows. The rooms also have ensuite shower rooms, a spacious desk, a TV with freeview and WiFi* - free for 30 minutes each day. Enjoy complimentary hair and body wash and coffee and tea making facilities. We have twin and double rooms available for shares or sole occupancy. There is a hotel car park (available on a 1st come basis) that cost's £17 per day (at the time of writing this). Wake up to Lavazza coffee, our cooked breakfast items from the grill, pastries from the bakery, plant based delights and lots more.
