Live Music & Drinks at Cahoots 1940s Cocktail Bar

Inspired by true events that occurred in post-war Britain, Soho’s illicit and nocturnal escapades from the era are brought back to life at Cahoots! New is old news. It’s all about the retro as we revisit the days of America's Prohibition era in London's best speakeasy bars.

Cahoots is a late night bar that transports guests back in time, to post-war 1940s and to an abandoned underground tube station featuring dazzling cocktails, swing dancing and sing-a-longs around an old piano. So, dust off your dancing shoes and dig out your map as London invites you into an underground world of illicit drinking. Traditionally, speakeasies were places for illegal boozing that came to prominence during the Prohibition era in 1920s America. But ever since, they have taken on a mythical status: teacups brimming with gin, suave jazz musicians and a glitzy, retro dress code.

You’ll meet your host outside the venue at 7.45pm before you descend underground together to see the captain. The table is booked for 8pm – you might not be able to get in if you arrive late. This is a really popular place so they’re strict with cancellations.
