Overview
Another new venue to try, which has been suggested to me by a couple of members. The menu looks very inviting. This time we have booked for dinner, but in the future, I will suggest we try a Sunday Lunch.

The Spotted Cow is situated on North Street in the heart of Southville and Bedminster.
The pub has a rich heritage dating back to Bedminster’s agricultural past and has stood for over 200 years. We aim to provide a quality community pub serving up great food, drinks, and music.
The pub also benefits from a large walled garden to the rear which is a great suntrap and a perfect oasis to escape from the city.
Here at The Spotted Cow, we have a kitchen with principles based on solid British cooking. We pride ourselves on our good reputation and hope that the enthusiasm of the team shines through in our menus.
Head Chef Iain Webb has based the ethos of the kitchen on good ingredients sourced from the best local suppliers used to create interesting dishes based on classic recipes. We are strong believers in Nose to Tail cooking and we are also big seafood fans and make the most of our regular deliveries fresh from Devon and Cornwall.
Our menu changes daily and this reflects the seasonal ingredients available and also the fact that we have daily deliveries from our local suppliers. Fresh vegetables from Somerset farms, meat from Ruby & White and Origin Butchers plus bread baked right here on North Street from Mark's Bread.
