Sunday Lunch at Racks Bar & Kitchen
Overview
We had planned Sunday Lunch at The Square Club on this date, but they contacted me to say they are not putting on Sunday Lunch over the summer, and suggested this place instead. I'm sure they would only recommend someone as good as they are so it's worth giving them a try.
I like the sound of the Sunday Roast sharing board and there are several drinks offers including £5 Bloody Marys on Sundays.
I have booked a table for just 6 people, Mike has kindly agreed to host.

Racks Bar & Kitchen is a long-established hot spot in the Clifton area of Bristol. The restaurant is unique in its décor, being an old wine cellar! The bar area is warming, inviting, and I'm sure we will enjoy Sunday lunch here.

From Roast leg of Devon Short Horn lamb infused with garlic, rosemary and mint, served with celeriac purée, garlic confit and roasted shallot, to our Vegan Wellington with sweet potato, butternut squash and kale with celeriac purée, there’s something for everyone on Sundays at Racks.
It’s not just our roasts that people rave about – our salads and small plates are a delicious alternative to a classic roast when you’re after something a bit lighter.
