Find Out More Evening in Tamworth

Our Find Out More evenings precede our popular monthly pub social evenings for any members or potential members. It's a perfect way for new members and anyone wanting to find out more about Spice, as you will meet local members and are hosted by one of our local coordinators.

One of our local coordinators will be there to welcome you and give a short talk on the basics of Spice and let you know how the group works. You can sign up for membership at these evenings and we usually have a special offer on membership to tempt you! It’s all very friendly and relaxed, and you’re welcome to simply turn up on the night*. Why not bring a friend or two?

A bit later, members will come along for the pub social when local members will arrive.

* It's free to attend but best if you book your place as it helps reserving the right space and we can send you a reminder with the local hosts contact details should you have trouble finding the group.

The pub social is aimed at bringing local members together, but all members are welcome. They are a great opportunity to have a drink, and maybe a meal, together and discuss events and generally socialise and meet Spice members both old and new!

Robert will be there to welcome you at The Globe, where a table or two will have been reserved. Food is available to order should you wish to eat. Otherwise just drop in when you fancy. They usually finish around 9:30. We will send out a reminder with details and the hosts number prior to the event.

Parking: There is a car park next to the Globe (Pay & Display.

Free after 6pm but check) or there is another just across the road on the corner of Aldergate and Hospital Street.
