Ancoats Canal Walk and Patisserie Visit
Overview
A lovely urban walk on the canal taking in the regenerated area of Ancoats and New Islington with an optional Pattisserie visit afterwards.
We will be walking from the Cafe 90 Delice on Keepers Quay in Ancoats and walking for 3 to 4 miles (so approximately 90 minutes) along the canal. The route isn't finalised as yet but it is likely to be either a circular walk taking in the Ashton & Rochdale Canals or a linear walk along and back one of the Canals.
After our walk we will head back to our start point of Cafe 90 Delice where we have a table booked for 3pm. At Cafe 90 Delice you can choose from lovely sandwiches or simply indulge in amazing coffees/teas and handcrafted delights like Red Velvet Cake, Chocolate Croissants, Baklava, and Chocolate Churros.

Cafe 90 Delice is on Keepers Quay in Ancoats.
The nearest bus stop is Jersey Street which is a 7 minute (0.3 mile) walk from the venue.
The nearest Metrolink Station is Piccadilly Gardens which is a 13 minute (0.6 Mile) walk however Trams are currently not going through Piccadilly Gardens and only plan to resume on the 11th August 2025.
