Robs Railway Ramble: Lichfield Food Festival

The next in Rob's Railway Rambles back by popular demand
This 6 mile ramble starts in the historic city of Lichfield where we board the train one stop one stop to the small village of Shenstone.
Using a combination of quiet roads and field paths we head towards Wall. Here time will be allowed you to view the local Roman baths also if the weather is nice there a lovely pub, we can a refreshment stop. From here we use local paths and lanes to join the former Lichfield canal and Hatherton canal (under restoration). This area is everchanging with the canal been actively restored and new housing been built.
We return to the centre of Lichfield via Cathedral walk where the food festival will be in full swing with plenty of food options.
