Sunset Cruise, Cowes, IOW
Overview
Join Samantha and Spice Solent as we sip on Méthode Traditionnel Blanc de Blancs champagne from The Terrace Wine Room in Ventnor, enjoy a selection of exquisite canapés and relax with chilled tunes courtesy of The Hut's resident DJ Gilo on board a shared boat as the sun dips below the horizon.
Your sunset cruise experience will start from the moment you step aboard our privately chartered boat 'Wight Scene', with a chilled glass of bubbles to welcome you on board. With three deck levels as well as viewing decks fore and aft and a large open area on the top deck, there'll be plenty of room available for you to move freely around as we start our leisurely cruise out of the River Medina towards the slowly setting sun.
Epicurean Sailor front of house team will be there to look after you throughout, serving you a mouthwatering selection of delectable canapés and topping up your glass for the duration of the cruise.* The onboard Solent Cruises bar on the lower deck will also be open throughout, with a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks as well as tea and coffee available for purchase directly.
Our boat will depart its home berth at Thetis Wharf, Cowes at 7.30pm and with sunset that evening set for 8.23pm we will have plenty of time to sail to the best viewing spot for you to capture the golden hour before meandering back for a 9.30pm arrival back to the dock.
I suggest we all go over on the Red Funnel Ferry from Southampton East Cowes as foot passengers and catch the last ferry back for the day which is at 11.30 pm
